Super Tuscan

Grain harvested from farms in the Mid West of Western Australia has been craft fermented and triple distilled to create this wonderfully smooth and balanced gin.

The finest Tuscan juniper imported directly by Beyond Distilling.  The juniper was soaked overnight then the batch was then distilled after 24hrs of infusion before more juniper was added to the gin basket in the vapor trail.  The other botanicals allow the Juniper to be the hero – supporting the structural intensity of the juniper.

A perfect gin to match with quality tonic for the G&T, or match with a premium vermouth will make a super martini
