Margaret River grown Olives and Basil was small batch distilled in our baby still GAZZA.

This Gin is bright with aromatics of orange blossom, meadow hay and subtle spice.  Serve with a good quality tonic for a great refreshing Gin and Tonic.  It has a subtle olive brine finihs, making this perfect for a Martini.
