Beyond City Distillery
Beyond Distilling is thrilled to announce Spring on Queen as our new pop-up at the historic Perth CBD venue. The venture will offer unique experiences with ten small copper stills, exclusive tastings, and ‘Make Your Own Gin’ workshops. Join us for drinks, Beyond Bottomless lunches, and Paired Cocktail Degustations, all featuring local botanicals from across Western Australia. Open Wednesday to Saturday.

Our urban distillery is open daily (12 to 5) for tours, tastings and good times. Tastings are led by one of our distillers for that authentic distillery experience.
